The NRTCCA is building a national standard for RTCC readiness

Real-Time Crime Centers (RTCCs) are shifting law enforcement operations from a reactive posture to proactive intervention, delivering live situational awareness and virtual containment as incidents unfold. However, an operational center is only as capable as the personnel running it.

To address the national need for standardized, accountable training, Kaiden AI has partnered with the National Real-Time Crime Center Association (NRTCCA) to build a unified, vendor-neutral onboarding and certification framework.

A Shared National Curriculum

Modern crime centers integrate complex, multi-source technologies under tight time constraints. Without standardized operational protocols, agencies face inconsistent performance, onboarding bottlenecks, and legal risks.

The NRTCCA and Kaiden AI framework provides a plug-and-play training library that any agency can adopt and tailor to its specific local mission, state laws, and technology stack.

Daily Observation Reports, scenario-based validation, privacy and audit guardrails, and annual recertification.

Execution and Development Milestones

The framework offers modular, adoptable components, with the first unit delivered: the Gunshot Detection System module. This module serves as a technical blueprint for future releases, including lesson plans, skill checklists, technical training content, and scenario-based assessments. Additionally, the first set of scenario-based "live-fire" testing banks, featuring instructor keys and scoring rubrics, is available.

Development continues on civil liberties modules, privacy and audit templates, technology training guides, and field training evaluation forms.
