Tutor

The AI behaves as a tutor or coach. It may teach a concept, ask questions, pose "what if" variations, challenge the trainee's reasoning, walk through a policy or procedure or decision, guide reflection, and help the learner apply knowledge.

This is broader than policy training. Policy is one use case for the type, not the definition of it.
