Role Play

The AI behaves as a person involved in a realistic interaction — a suspect, victim, witness, caller, complainant, subject, or another relevant persona. The trainee speaks with the AI in real time.

This is where the voice interaction does the most work: the trainee has to actually say the words, in the moment, to a character who responds like a person rather than a script.
